Is the legal case still ongoing re falling off the stage or has it been resolved one way or another? Anyone know?

Generally speaking lawsuits take time and often the settlement is undisclosed. I have to wonder if Meat is not very active as far as future work until this is settled. Many lawyers would likely advise that as well. Again, generally speaking.
