From Wikipedia's Bat 3 page:Best Buy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Best_Buy)'s version of the album came with an exclusive bonus track: a live version of "Testify" (from Couldn't Have Said It Better (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Couldn%27t_Have_Said_It_Better)). This track was originally announced to be on the CD itself, but Best Buy opted to include an insert in the packaging giving customers a code to download the song. Circuit City (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circuit_City_(1949%E2%80%932009_company))'s version came with an exclusive downloadable track: a live version of "Life Is a Lemon and I Want My Money Back".Did anyone get either of these? I only ask as I assume they are better quality than the 192kbps audio on the MSO DVD.

Do you figure all the bonus tracks are from MSO?

Where else would they be from? Dead Ringer and I'd Lie For You were used for B-sides and they are both from the MSO.

I think this is one part of Meat Loaf history that I'm blurry. How many shows did Meat do with the MSO? The DVD didn't have I'd Lie For You, was it a soundcheck?

Two shows were recorded with the MSO, what you see on the DVD is a mixture of both

Ah, that's right! Welp, now to track down all the songs I haven't heard yet...
