I was asked via an email if there was an extended version of Mexico City that exits, with Dead Ringer and Two out of Three.

Is this true?

Does anyone know any more details?

There is a version of Dead Ringer and half of Two Out Of Three that were posted online as an incentive to buy the concert on PPV. I seem to recall the quality wasn't the best.
