Where's The Doode?

Good question. I've been thinking about it for a while now, and it looks like it's time to move on. And right now I can do so without feeling like I've been put in a corner, etc. And in real life - where I'm not The Doode, as some of you know - there are a lot of things happening which I need to focus on and demand all of my time.

So all that's left to say is thanks for allowing me to be part of your community for the past four or five years. It hasn't always been an easy ride (!!!), but it's been fun and I've come to know that there are some genuinely good people here, and I'm glad I got to meet you all.

I've made this post because I usually get PM's when I haven't been around for a while asking 'where's The Doode'. So this is in way of explanation, in case anyone misses me :twisted: ---- I've never used that emoticon before, always wanted to.

So here we are, the final post! Will I end up eating those words? Who knows. But for now, The Doode is hanging up his bowling shoes. Goodbye, good luck, keep to the righteous path of Loafishness.

Quick message: Even though I don't post here that much anymore, I do watch the forum from time to time just to keep up with everyone. And even though I can be controversial at times, I always post with honesty and without malice or bias (well, as much as possible). And over the past few years I've come to like you ALL very much. Yes, ALL. Even you Caryl! :-) Even Evil One!! (EVEN WARIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) And speaking of which, Caryl, consider any past grievances ancient history, and wiped clean. I openly and honestly mean that, and I'd love to put the whole situation down to miscommunication and unforeseen and unacknowledged circumstances.

So be happy, look forward to the new album, and I'll catch you all around.
