It's just a rubbish compilation album. Bat was cut short to under five minutes. Who cares about this?

As a compilation it's crap but the colours in the cover look great - as a 12" image I love it

Don't bother. Buy the original Live At Wembley one instead.

Scrap the bullshit I wrote below.

It's a mix of Live at Wembley with some other songs flung in.

It's just a compilation as far as I know. Not even live.

I may have been wrong about Bat being cut but maybe it is on the vinyl version.

This is what's on the CD

Bat Out Of Hell (9:50)
You Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth (5:04)
Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad (6:59)
Modern Girl (4:29)
Rock 'n' Roll Mercenaries (5:00)
Masculine (4:22)
Paradise By The Dashboard Light (14:36)
Blind Before I Stop (3:33)
Midnight At The Lost And Found (3:29)
Piece Of The Action (4:17)
Bad Attitude (4:44)
Surf's Up (4:22)

Is this not the one with all the live tracks in a different order?

My first Meat gig and the best live recording ever! Bob Kulicks guitar solo on 2 out of 3 is just heaven

if only it didnt sound like you were listening to it through an aquarium.

So the LP its basically Live at wembley sans the fantastic RocknRoll Medley. what a jip.

Live at Wembley is the only one to have! It was also available on cassette with the medley. I subsequently lost it and eventually found peace when many years later it was available on CD with that medley and in the original order!!

Rather than travel up to the see capital's fish tanks may I listen to it with my head under my own bath water?

You misunderstand what I said. I was just saying the production of it sounds like you are listening to it through an aquarium. Its great but sadly, the production was rushed.

I fully understand!! It sounds just fine to me though and a permanent reminder of the first leg of a long relay.

The show is amazing, but the production is poor. Meat's vocals are too low, the crowd sounds like the sea and there are random bursts of volume.

I will treasure it forever, warts and all! Luckily, I am incapable of determining a top drawer production from a gutter one! Meat could sing through a watering can and I wouldn't notice.

And the edits in paradise and Bat are unnervingly obvious, masculine fades out, and Midnight is a wall of sound. Its still a killer show.
