Hi all, I have not been around for a while and was unable to go to any concerts last year as i was helping to nurse my brother in law who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in may 2010. He lost his fight on February 27th this year.
This cancer in particulary aggressive and once the symptoms appear it is usually too late for any treaments to make any difference. If any of you are thinking of donating to any charity at all this year and I know times are hard, but have a thought about this one. We have set up a charity page in his memory go take a look at how special he was, he was 52 when he died and only 3% of victims survive. Thanks for listening.

 I'm sorry to hear about your loss Rosie.
Words are small comfort, but his pain is at an end, even though yours will linger until time numbs it and leaves only the good memories.
Wishing you and your family all the best.

We've been happy enough in the past to sticky threads in aid of charity for a month, so I can't see why this can't be an exception.
