I don't think that is a bootleg at all.
I've never seen that disc with the live cd advertised but those definitive collections did often come with one. I have the Bonnie Tyler one and it has the Extra CD with the long versions of Total Eclipse, Loving You etc. The sticker style is exactly the same so is definitely official.

I suspect the live versions are probably cut down versions from Meat Loaf live. Doubt it would be something I've not got.
I was never interested in this collection as obviously I have all the songs already and a 5 minute version of Bat just sounds :nuts:.

I'm sure someone will have the live cd to confirm for you. Bootleg it is not I'm sure.

It's possible these double disc versions were only released in certain countries. They were definitely available in The Netherlands in the mid nineties.
