Barcode 499944 6 , when it arrives I'll give full details Dave.
Not quite an arm and a leg E1 but it was £32 including postage, I'm happy as the cd collection was missing this.

What can play SACD? How about a Playstation 3?? :sherlock:
I just looked it up and it appears my third gen PS3 can't. Hmmm, I don't see the point buying the discs then.

Not bad then :-). Both mine came in at about £30 and those were the lowest prices I'd seen.

I think also a few DVD players do... I always wondered if you could somehow transfer the 5.1 signal from an SACD onto a DVD. Cant be too hard, it's basically the same output sans the picture. There are a few SACD's out there I'd like to have a listen to, but I dont see the point in buying an expensive player for a format that's basically dead.

Indeed, if they have stopped making any players too it's a bit like buying vinyls or mini discs.

I would have thought they will or have removed the SACD support feature in their next gen models? :sherlock:
