It was almost as if i was queing up with everyone to meet Meat in Virgin - i was so excited just reading it!!!!

Fans' contributions are always welcome for the RVM. I'm always interested to receive your reviews and Meat stories. Pictures and stories about your favourite Meaty collectibles would be of great interest too. I can't guarantee to publish everything I receive due to space, etc. but I do my best!

I'd just like to let all the members of the MLUKFC know that the latest edition of the Rear View Mirror is in the post. Most of you in the UK should have received your copies by now and I'm sure everyone else worldwide will receive theirs in the next day or two.

My apologies that this issue is so late. This has been unavoidable I'm afraid due to some very important family matters that I've had to take care of. I hope you'll find the fan reviews from the Amsterdam concert and the Virgin CD signing, plus all the exclusive photos from both events worth waiting for!

what is Rear View Mirror?? is it like a monthly thing that comes out?? is that what u get when u become a member?? how much is it to become a member?? oh and how often to you have to pay??

It's GORGEOUS!! I love the photos! So great to finally be able to put some faces to the names here!!

Haven't had the chance to read all of it yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

I didn't know about the RVM - it sounds like it's worth joining for! (I'm a member of the other site but not this one, so it's about time anyway) When I join I would like to contribute to Testify's membership, if that's feasible? I'll look in here tomorrow and see what's happening.

Got my copy of #38 RVM today - after the c**p day I have had it was a welcome to come home to.

HOW TO JOIN:

You can download an application form but that is really only useful to UK members or those able to get hold of £ sterling from the bank.

You can also apply on line by going to Service at the top of the website homepage, there are a number of card options: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Eurocard.

Diane has done a magnificent job with both Tour Editions, the next Issue is likely to feature the Australasian Tour with lots of photos as well.

I particularly liked Stuart's review of the Melbourne concert. I found myself reading it in an imaginary Australian accent because of all the lovley Aussie expressions in it. :D

With regards the comments about CC - I do not feel that she is over-exposed. It is a show that these clothes go well in. Its not as if she is flashing anything - she has a great figure - so why shouldn't she show it in the show.

My paid membership runs out this month and as no more renewal fees are being paid now, how do I get my future copies of RVM till next August? Anyone got any ideas as I dont want to miss em.

According to the info on the front page you will be sent a letter instead of the renewal letter offering the chance to get any remaining RVM's.

Apparently details are in this months but i haven't received mine so am not sure.

Don't worry Christa, you will still be able to order the remaining 5 issues of RVM. As your membership runs out this month you will be receiving a letter from Mike shortly which will give you all the info you need on how to order them. There will also be an order form enclosed.

Pleased to hear some of you have received the latest RVM and that you've been enjoying the reviews and photos. I knew Mike would appreciate the centrefold! :lol:

A very big THANK YOU to Deb - Dave & the family for putting up with me & making me so welcome. Also Terri/Jules/Keb/AndyK.

NOT forgetting THANK YOU to Sarah/Paul & thier family - especially the dogs (luv um) for looking after me the following night. We will do it again soon ;)

It was an experience I will never forget & really do appreciate all of your hostitality & support over that weekend.

All the latest RVMs went out yesterday so watch your letterboxes. I know they're a little late but I revamped it a couple of times to accommodate the latest studio news and an exclusive interview which came in well after the deadline. In fact we have not only 1 exclusive interview but 2!

I'd just like to let all the members of the MLUKFC know that the latest edition of the Rear View Mirror is in the post. Most of you in the UK should have received your copies by now and I'm sure everyone else worldwide will receive theirs in the next day or two.

My apologies that this issue is so late. This has been unavoidable I'm afraid due to some very important family matters that I've had to take care of. I hope you'll find the fan reviews from the Amsterdam concert and the Virgin CD signing, plus all the exclusive photos from both events worth waiting for!

MLUKFC Subscription Side Closure UPDATE

The paid subscription side of Meat Loaf UK Fan Club is being phased out gradually with a final closing date of 31 August 2006. We will not accept new paying members from now on and since 31 July 2005 we have not accepted any renewals. All paying members will receive all Rear View Mirrors and other benefits until their membership expires. They will then be sent a letter offering them the opportunity to obtain any Rear View Mirrors published after their membership has expired. If you do not receive this letter e-mail, please request one here. Full details appear in the July RVM.

This website continues as MLUKFC
and we will be working very hard to maintain
its quality and make it more entertaining than ever.

Thank you so very much...I am a little dazed and confused...also probably a lot ditzy...in any event...to mask my shortcomings I usually call myself a "foreign lady" but here it seems like everybody is foreign...I guess it is a relative term.

Could you please let me know then what does it mean that paid membership is being phased out? Can I just subscribe to a magazine then?

If I remember correctly there are two more issues to be produced, one sometime in the Summer and one in the Autumn, or at least those are the deadlines I've been working to ;-)

We can't acknowledge individual cheques by mail as it would cost too much.

In Dottie's case (my special friend) - don't worry you are on the mailing for these issues.

If anyone does not receive any issues please e-mail me with their name and membership number and I'll investigate.
