I think it was released on a compilation called Back From Hell Again - The Very Best Of Meat Loaf, Volume 2 in 1994. I have a German promo single of Heroes announcing that album on the cover.

Yeah I was just gonna say it's available for download on iTunes too. Time to upgrade my old crackly copy I think!
