That seems a bit of a rip off to me. I never paid £85.00 for a promo cd and dont think I ever would. But it looks legit :D

It's legitimate. I remember seeing it listed on eil.com before ... but I don't remember how much it cost.

It's not worth the money though. It just has a couple of songs from the Hudson Theater and Beacon Theater shows on it. Nothing you won't have other copies of.

Thanks. That post saved me 130 bucks.

Kinda depressing that those two shows get unofficially produced so much but god forbid if we wanna hear more of the show Frying Pan came from on LATW :(

Looking further into it, you get:

Anything For Love
You Took The Words
Two Out Of Three
Bat Out Of Hell
I'd Lie For You
Midnight
Dead Ringer

I would be interested to find out whether BOOH was from the Hudson Theater or the one from LATW. It would be nice to have a CD quality version, but definitely not worth $130. Or £80! There must be someone on here who can answer this.

The eBay listing is a valid one as far as I'm aware...since I have a concert of Bryan Adams from Wembley in 96 and the German Radio Station comes in now and again with heavy guitar and a voice shouting "Coca Cola, Planet Live"

As for its quality...no idea!

 Look legit, but wildly overpriced in my opinion  .

Still, it's all a matter of perspective, so if you want it that bad, go for it.

Evil One

It won't be different. It will be the same Midnight as on Live Around The World. The only song that might possibly be different is BOOH.

Interesting...I've always thought there should be an "I'm the artist, give this to me for free" clause in auctions!

So, not only do we have to battle each other for the rare Meat Loaf items on ebay to expand our collections, but Meat's thrown his wallet into the ring as well :))

He could sign it and sell it to a crazy fan for twice its original price.

Imagine what an absurd situation this must be for the seller. You offer a Meat Loaf CD on eBay and it's bought by... Meat Loaf! LOL!

Meat will probably open it and think 'shit, I've got this one already!'

Loveing how nobody really saw interest in this thread till meat replyed.

As for Meat buying this, it's basically the versions on LATW and Live in the Neighborhood sans BOOH which is from the Hudson theater.

I count 11 replies (excluding yours) before his first posting. How do you define "nobody"? Can we have one of your famous polls on this, please? :-)

I meant the thread was dead for more then a week before he replyed and had a surge in another 12 posts before i replyed. and with how much my poll get harrased i'd say Infamous is more like it

(one's long overdue BTW. The whole if "a animal was presedent" thread was really entertaining)

Because he actually started a new topic. Meat Loaf snatching an item from eBay that you were interested in isn't an everyday occurence. ;)
