Who is everyone's favorite artist besides Meat? Mine would be Elton John, Damien Rice, Rufus Wainwright, Ryan Adams, David Gray and bands
like The Decemberists, Muse, and Fleetwood Mac.

Hope this hasn't been done before if so sorry!

I'm more interested in writers than performers, so for me it would be Jim (of course), Billy Joel, Brian Wilson. On the performance side, Billy Joel again, Springsteen.

I love both InMe (http://www.myspace.com/inmeofficial) and SOiL (http://www.myspace.com/soil) to bits. Without them and Meat, my life would be very, very different.

Other bands/artists which deserve mentions here for me; Dave McPherson (http://www.myspace.com/davemcphersonsolo), Caliban, Nickelback, Linkin Park, Killswitch Engage, Adema, Taproot, Alexisonfire.

I tend to like songs rather than artists. But other than Meat, Jim and Bonnie, the artists for whom I have more than one or two songs on my iPod are:

Springsteen
Tina Turner
Queen.....

Can't think of any others at the moment.

Metallica!

RSG

Interesting you say Metallica. On their most recent record, the third Unforgiven started with Piano. In a similar time Meat Loaf is using more heavier and interesting guitar. What I'm saying is as Metallica gets more melodic, Meat gets more edgier ;)

Strange times.

I like Kiss, Queen, and a group called Manchester Orchestra just to name a few.
