That's pretty obvious. The page says it's powered by the patti-rocks fansite.

Patti is on there though ;), Patti Russo news is just a fan site but I am 'following' a Patti Russo on there...

Are you sure it's Patti? If you're referring to Patricia Russo on Twitter, she's an American CEO/businesswoman, not the singer.

Pearl has been using twitter for what seems like forever, or maybe it just feels that way due to the sheer amount of nonsense she posts every day ;-)
