 Good Lord, what happened to Guns N' Roses??? I hope the rest of the album will sound better than this, otherwise I'll stick to the old stuff with Slash.

What an uninteresting single. This doesn't stand out at all imo. It's not even good enough to be an album filler.
What the hell has happened here.

My Chemical Romance is a MUCH more interesting band now imo. They have riffs, lyrics and chorusses that are memorable, cheesy and stand out. What good rock is all about.

Not the same GNR I grew up with that's for sure. :-(

i'm not really sure what that was except to say it had axl's vocals on it...but then if it's taken as a single it sucks...as part of an album...we'll have to wait and see.

I found something from the 2002 MTV awards where Axl goes from goodo to bad to ok to bad to ok again in the space of 9 mins

Not the G N' R I used to like but there's Buckethead. :metal: I'm actually a Slash worshipper but that guy is a f***ing amazing guitar player.

 There's a sort of Iron Maiden type riff around the 41 second mark  .

Can't say the song overall is very impressive, and certainly can't be compared to the classics like Paradise City, Welcome To The Jungle, Patience, Sweet Child, and my fav, Don't Cry.

It's a bit like Bon Jovi for me.
What can compare to Livin' On A Prayer? Born To Be My Baby? You Give Love A Bad Name?
The band may be the same, but they feel out of time to me.

That's the music I listened to in my younger days (I feel old saying that  ) and there was a magic that was made from a combination of sound and time that I don't think can be repeated.

I think it's amazing. The whole album is outstanding and definelty worth being called a GUNS N' Roses record.
