Even then you're trusting that the security won't take it off you.

That means that unless you are in the front couple of rows you can't get a remotely decent picture doesn't it? I never use flash because it can't travel far enough to light up the stage and i don't want to piss the performers off..but i don't know how i'd cope without my 300mm lens. I'm miles back for Liverpool and Meat and the band will look the size of mosquito droppings if i have to use my feeble compact camera. Oh the stress!!:(

I've made him laugh during a gig, saw him playing basketball before a show and screamed his name and he stared at me... Might be thinking I'm a bit crazy !!
Got a photo back signed via the fan club, had a question answered in the official Boyzone magazine and all the while I had got so close yet so far each time so when I saw a competition to meet him at Brands Hatch I entered not thinking I'd win because this was something I really, really wanted but when I found out I had won I was shaking like a leaf !!

Like I said persistance and belief in what you really want pays off in the end :cool:.
