Did anyone here this? It was a pretty good show, meat did 2 short interviews, and 3 unplugged tracks. He did mercury blues first, then an amazing unplugged version of anything for love, followed by couldnt have said it better!!! All 3 tracks were totally amazing, and anything for love sent shivers down my spine.
A few notes from the interview, he said he included forever young on the album as a message to his fans because he thought it would be his last album, but then he confirmed bat 3 is coming!!! (as i think has already been reported on these boards)
He talked a bit about his name, about how everybody called him or m.l, and if anyon called him marvin he hated it and wouldnt answer to it! H mentioned the levis advert for jeans in which poor fat marvin coudlnt wear them. He mentioned that in 1983 his name was officially changd to michael on the spot by the judge, and the judg told him he should sue levis.
He also mentioned that only a few people call him michael, one of them is his girlfriend. If you call him michael he might answer, but meat is ya best bet!!
He commented about the gay decorator thing again, saying that he dosnt really want to do it, but if his single isnt a hit then he has to do something lol.
And thats about everything, apart from the dj asked him if he could sing one song by anybody what would it be? And meat said that it would be imagin by John Lennon, but he would never touch it, because its such a good song, that nobody should touch it...and if anyone does h will hunt them down and punch them lol!!!
