A track listed called "Echo/Heaven Can Wait" appeared on many pre-orders for the album, but of course never materialized. Meat said in a few interviews prior to the album being released that there would be "8 Steinman songs", so I guess they recorded it to link back to the beginning of the trilogy, as HCW was the first song written for BAT1.
