I just had to show you this. I was searching around on Amazon and I came across this:

BLIND BEFORE I STOP
MEATLOAF

Guess the price its being sold at................................... Guessed yet?

A whopping: £64.98

Why is this so? Is it a special edition one? It doesn't say much, but I think this is really taking the biscuit!

Evidence: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Blind-Before-I-Stop-Meatloaf/dp/B000003PAA/ref=sr_1_32/202-6461795-5763800?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1192192775&sr=8-32

 I strongly suspect that someone at Amazon has made a typo.

It's not a typo. This is out of print and actually is NOT sold by Amazon but by Amazon "merchants" - private individuals so to speak. They are allowed to put whatever price they want under certain amount...and this is under certain amount...

When it's a private seller...it's really up to them to describe it correctly and price it to sell...

And, of course, there is another thing...you don't pay Amazon anything at all until sale actually happens...so you can name your price and let your stuff just sit there if you're not hurting for money...

I wouldn't pay £64.98 for BBIS! £6.98 at a stretch maybe!

I looked up on American Amazon...it has only one copy and that one is $44 something...which is what? About 20 Pounds?

In any event, you're right...it is too expensive...but hey...if they can sell it for that price...more power to them...

Heck I got this cd still thinking about selling it thought. I paid 10 price/shipping and it was new still wrapped when I got it till I playied it lol. Reason why I bought it was to give it a listen and see why it didn't do to good. Only playied it once or twice and put it up.
