Well, I cecked the website once again, concertfordiana.com and they don't say they have more artists to announce so I think thats all of them on the site... NO MEAT :shock:
But one thing is, I might tape it or someone else can - I don't know, as you never know, they might of forgotton to add him to the list or he might make some speacial entrance..... I don't know either.....
Just thought you would all like to know that I don't Meat will be there.... We'll have to wait and see..
What are yout thoughts????!!??

He IS on the setlist.
At least that's what universal is saying for his upcoming tv appearances.

In Germany RTL2 is broadcasting the concert exclusive, but in ther commercial, they did not show Meat's name.

My understanding that was Meat would perform this, as otherwise there'd be no need for the Bristol show on Friday, although I was told that they'd be "going home" after Bristol...so I guess we'll just have to wait and see, though my money would be on him doing it :up:

Exactly - we'll be away anyway so we'll be watching the highlights on TV or the Meat bits on the internet...I'm not stressing about an event I'm not going to!
There's full coverage on Radio 2 as well as TV coverage, so that'll keep us company on the road trip.

The concert is a celebration put on by Princes William and Harry to commemorate their mother's life and achievements. Hosted by Matt Lauer, the special features performances by Diana's and Prince William and Prince Harry's favorite artists, including Elton John, Duran Duran, Bryan Ferry, Joss Stone, Pharrell Williams, Lily Allen, Kanye West, Rod Stewart, Natasha Bedingfield, The Feeling, James Morrison, Orson, Status Quo, Take That, Nelly Furtado, P. and universal is still stating he's on, BUT this wouldnt be the first time universal was providing wrong info.

Unless I was overcome by a wild and very specific form of amnesia I listened to the lot on the radio and did not hear any Meat at all, Did hear some people that should never be allowed to sing live tho cos they were crap
Watched it, some performers were brilliant, others, not so brilliant. Time wasted for me.

I agree, some were better than others and for the life of me I don't know how some rappers make a living but saying that it can't be easy setting up mikes and sound etc so that it suits all performers.

They blocked it out far as I could tell, but hey c'mon this was sposed to be a family show right?
As for Meat not being there, if his voice has taken a battering recently it was probably a good thing...nothing to promote anyway.

It was a Police song...I couldn't figure out what is going on...and what wasn't the music to Every Breath I Take...was pure CRAP...didn't see why it was necessary to re-make the song...except for it being international stalker's anthem...
P Diddy released it years ago when his friend was shot dead in a drive by The original female voice on it was the guys widow! Its one of Serge and mines songs so i'm glad P Diddy sang it!!

It's funny how music and songs mean different things to different people...this song was played at my friend's funeral when I was 15 so it drives me crazy! I'm glad someone likes it!!!
As a couple we have strange songs another of our special ones is Life is a Lemon!! I dont think we have any romantic ones at all!!
