I loved Patti's part as much as Meat's, and I wish you best of your dreams and good luck :) You're an amazing woman, and you will forever be heard not only by my ears. And a site seen not by my eyes. Keeping your voice near as long as I'm lways alive.

Angry Sad to see Patti Go

She won't say but it maybe cause they got Marion....maybe the 2 of them don't get along.....Sad thought 13 good years and know it's Bye Bye....She said before she would tour with Meat if she got the call....Why know? I can't see anyone other then Patti. I will miss seeing the clips of her and Meat horseing around on Paradise. Don't worry all it will come out in the end one day. I do agree with those who say they can't see anyone other then Patti.

Bye 4 Now
-Black

BTW Patti I wish you all the Luck in the world and hope you you have fun in whatever you do.....But remember alway look on the bright side of life you had 13 years of good memorys.

Patti you will be missed terribly - but good luck in whatever adventure you are on next.

Whoever Meat gets to take Patti's place will have to be exceptional. It won't be easy !!

Well had a few hours to understand that Patti really left. I understand that after 13 years, she wants to go on. You cannot blame her for that! Afcourse i will mis her at RAH. She was so d.. good! The one that has to replace her, will have a real hard job to let us forget Patti. Personally i hope that she is not gonna be replaced at all. I cannot see CC or Marion Raven in her place. Nothing wrong about them, but they just are not good enough to sing and act like patti could imo.

Patti, i wish you all the best! And i am very said about the fact that we cannot say goodbye to you, and wish you the best at RAH. You derserve that! A mail is not enough to thank you! I hope that you change youre mind so that we can personally thank you also for the great years you have given us.

Good luck Patti with all you future plans. you will be missed. Not just as a wonderful performer but as a very gracious lady we met on several occasions and you were very generous with your time and attention. Memories I will treasure.

Good luck

Quite ashame she will not be at RAH.

Maybe Meat could find Patti's replacement on the X factor. He would make an excellent guest judge! LOL
To be exactly, we do not know if it was her wish to leave the band.

While we'll continue to support Meat by buying his CDs, this terrible news has ended our needs to watch Meat in concert, it'll never be the same for us. Good luck in the future, Meat, we love you, but the live concert experience will never be the same for us without Patti in the pitcture. We'll always remember last August when you played the Beacon and how great that chemistry between you and Patti was. Melbourne will always be your greatest concert, we'll keep watching it til our DVD explodes. Good luck to you both, Meat and Patti.
I am in the same mood.

Is there some way of making an online guestbook for us all to sign with our thoughts and send it to her? I'd really love her to know how much we appreciate and think of her. Does anyone else think this is a good idea??

She is sorely missed and the live experience isn't going to be the same without her there
But I wish her all the best for future projects that she decides to undertake.

Thank you Patti for 13 years of fantastic songs, live performances and concerts. All the very best for whatever you're planning to do next.

As someone said, they can get someone in to sing the songs but nobody will ever replace you.

I am sorry, but NO! I don't think that is our business!
If Patti or Meat wish to tell thats okay of course, but I won't ask!!
BTW: I didn't ask Patti anything, she wrote the email out of her own wish to me to let you all know that she left the band.
Love,
Eva
I agree Eva ... however will you ask Patti to read all these messages please?

Personally I am totally devastated by this news. It is a disaster on the eve of a big promotion and subsequent tour. Not only is Patti by far the greatest singer and performer ever to grace the Neverland Express she was the perfect foil for Meat.

There will be a replacement but there can be no adequate replacement because you can't replace the best. Patti is without equal.

Patti has a special place in the heart of Meat's fans and always will. I never had the good fortune to be able to stop and talk to her but I did see her backstage at Sheffield on the CHSIB Tour and she was such a beautiful woman, said "hello" and I know from all the comments how kind she was to fans.

Whatever precipitated this will no doubt emerge at some point but I cannot conceive a tour without Patti ... terrible news.

How about a "bring back Patti" campaign?

Good luck Patti in all you do ... we love you.

We don't know yet whether this is a voluntary exit or an enforced one. I pray it is not the latter. I am so devastated and angry.

Having seen all tours since 1982 Patti is the greatest.

There should have be an official statement from Meat's management confirming why this has happened. Patti played the Summer gig at Tom's River so she was clearly part of the plan at that time.

What has changed since then? We should be told! Fans deserve an answer.

Please ... on all future postings on this topic sign off with .... BRING BACK PATTI.

Let's try to persuade who ever needs persuading to restore Patti to her rightful place.

Why? Perhaps Patti is doing exactly what Patti wants to do...finally.

It's amazing me how selfish some people are, because they're certainly not thinking about what's in the best interest for Patti but more what's in the best interest for themselves.

That's a good point, Pudding.

I think we should just respect Patti's decision. We don't have any right to demand from her - like some people here did - to do what might seem right to them (or to us). The only thing that really matters is that the decision is the right one for Patti and that SHE feels good about it!

As much as we dont like what we´ve heard...life goes on! I know that nobody wants to hear that, but Meat will find another duet partner and maybe she´ll be great too. Who knows? Who could have thought of Patti when Karla sang, and now it´s the same. (I just assume that because when Karla sang i was about -10 to -5 years old)

Please dont kill me now! *hides*

Who cares what the exact reasons are? Is that really our business? Does it make you love the music more or less?

I am so surprised that so many people on this board need to scrutinise everything so much.

Meat will go on without Patti. Patti will go on without Meat.
