I'm sure having multiple copies of an album with different bonus tracks was entirely Meat Loaf's idea and not the record companies.

I will NEVER buy multiple copies of an album at the same time. That's ridiculous.

He replied to a question about promo in UK. So UK is (perhaps) for sure, but he wrote also : "... we leave Europe Sept 10th..." ... so (perhaps) there will be promo in other countries?

Meat also confirmed a Dutch promo day. But no date was called.

Out of the variant CDs there are only two additional tracks I'm interested in hearing (nu-Anything For Love/DeadRinger)

I think Meat posted (a while back) on his FB page that he'll be doing a CD signing in the UK. I wish he could do one in the USA, but I doubt that would be possible.

I've preordered the cd to download onto my desktop computer and the LP because I like the artwork so much.

Only just played the previews. The whole thing sounds great but Who Needs The Young and Godz in particular have me excited.

The album needs to heard in the whole. The previews do not do it justice at all. Meat was right that it will grow on you and the appreciation for the work that went into it.
The album is in some ways, at least to me, almost an oral history of where Jim and Meat started and how the partnership matured.
The production on the album is beyond anyones expectations and Paul deserves the credit for that.
Meat sounds very good on all the songs. It is extremely difficult to say which song is best as each one has something the others don't.
I can't believe how much I like it after just one listen

Braver Than We Are = Pure Genius. Meat Loaf is the Pure and Jim Steinman is the Genius.

Say what you will about Total Eclipse (one of my favorite Steinman songs) but Meat's deeper voice now would be absolutely perfect for the duet version:

I'm imagining one very similar to his Loving You duet on the BTWA with Stacy Michelle. In my opinion it would be incredible (just like his version of Loving You).

Didn't Meat say he had to sign CD covers (booklets) for Wallmart? So there you go.
