Solo Tour for Kasim Sulton this Winter!!

Kasim Sulton Solo Tour dates are being added for January 2007!

Already the Valparaiso show has been rescheduled from September and today a gig in Cleveland, Ohio has been added for 26th January!

There will also be a Special Holiday Show on Friday 29th December at The Bitter End in New York City! http://www.KasimInfo.com/2006Kasim.html has more info.

This means, too, that no concerts for Meat for the holidays; he will have a chance to rest. Guess rehearsals don't start until later in January/February for the tour.

How many poeple do these venues hold?..... Is Kasim famous enough to fill small arenas..... or even a hall?

Utopia were known as The Beatles of Ohio so he always gets a good crowd there (he's playing at The Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland on 26th January). On this mini tour he's only playing about 6 dates (plus the one between Christmas and New Year) so he'll be playing the areas where most of his fans are so he should get good sized crowds....providing the weather cooperates!!

It's on Saturday 20th January at The Van Dyck in Schenectady, NY and Kasim will be playing two shows that evening (at 7.00pm and 9.00pm). Oh, love to go to his solo in U.S....well have no money, no time

. If I have money & time I will deffinitely jump on the plane and fly to U.S to see Kasim!!
But when I went to the Meat Loaf's concert at the RAH I almost sacked from my job

....so I don't think take time off for a while unless go off sick for a week.

Oh my gosh, that's my backyard practically - I'm excited. Will have to get tickets. Finally a show I can really get excited about that's like only 15 minutes from my house.

Went and saw Kasim and Doug Kennedy last night at the Ark In Ann Arbor, Michigan. Right in my own backyard for a change. It was the third show on his mini Winter 2007 Solo tour. It was a great show. He played a lot of Utopia and obviously his own stuff. I was a little disappointed in the number of people that showed - I think there was only around 50. Here are some pics of the evening.
