I fear thats probably true. I doubt Jim will ever produce another record again, let alone for meat. But hopefully he has a few songs on hand to give o meat. Who needs the young, and Body come to mind

am i the only one who thinks who needs the young and body wouldve fit well on HIHB in the place of forthy days and another day respectfully?

A nice article about the evening. (In addition to Bat, Meat and Patti also sang Anything For Love):

I don't know Who Needs The Young well enough to say that, but I agree with Body. Maybe Only When I Feel instead? I'd be fine with that little bit of recycling

I'd kill for an EP. Jim gives Meat the finished (and currently rotting) backing tracks left over from the Dream Engine of What Part of My Body, Still the Children, Braver and Only When I Feel. Imagine Meat and Patti both singing Braver Than We Are. It'll never happen, but a boy can dream ;_;

Hopefully it will still turn up! I've been running YouTube searches every day or two in the hope that something will unexpectedly show up. You never know, might get lucky

Also, who is this Constantine guy who sang with Meat on Bat? He sort of came out of nowhere, considering the fact that (as far as I know), he's never done anything related to Jim. I hear that the organisers turned Bonnie Tyler down. I haven't heard Constantine sing yet, so I'm not knocking him, but it would have been awesome if Bonnie and Meat had have performed Bat and Total Eclipse together. That'd pretty much be the definition of rock and roll dreams coming through

I think he was in the Broadway production of "Rock of Ages", he may have been involved with the "Bat" musical in some capacity (assuming it exists).

He is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory. His theater credits include RENT, The Wedding Singer, Hedwig And The Angry Inch, Jesus Christ Superstar, and that little show called Rock of Ages. He was also a contestant on American Idol. He is a Tony Award nominee and a Drama Desk Award winner.

All the reviews say that Meat, Patti, and Constantine rocked the house and stole the show, so it sounds like they made the right choice.

Nice - thanks for posting the link. Meat looks like he was on fire for that performance. I can see why it was reportedly the highlight of the evening.

It was a shame she was talking over what sounded like such a great performance by Meat.
