i didnt really like it.
much too confusing (apparently only if you havent read the book), also i found out (after the movie), that its part one of a trilogy, so it doesnt really have a proper ending.
It takes too long to really get started and once it did the movies over.

I have to check my facts - maybe my head is scrambled but I thought that it was Golden Compass book that was banned too...
