After last night I can only echo the other comments about Patti's performance, she was truly amazing and pleased to see members of the club turn out to see her. First time I've heard Bible and a Beer, what a fantastic song!
It was great to meet up with the other members as well, first time we have got involved with this. Thanks for the post about the gig.

Great review Anji and great pictures Michael

Everything Anji said and that Michael and Pat said (Pat, great to meet you and Jane )

Setlist:

Bible and a beer
Long Train Running
Mustang Sally
Respect
Summertime

To many highlights to list all But the most outstanding for me has to be Bible and a beer I love this song so much, especailly live.

Summertime was VERY cool. It was great to see Patti do something totally different to normal.

Really missed you Steph. But you will be happy with the photographic and video evidence we have for you

I have a very poster that was used to advertise the show. I'll take a picture of it and get it online.

Great show, great band and an even greater Patti Russo I was one of the saddest people when Patti left Meat, but I can honestly say now with hand on heart that I'm really glad she isn't with him anymore. She is meant for much bigger and greater things. She isn't meant to be singing back up vocals for anyone. I just really wish she'd made the move yrs ago.

Who knows indeed where Patti will go next Steph, but she deserves to be a star in her own right

Roll on 'The Bible And A Beer World Tour 2008!'

Thank you all for your detailed and timely reports! I am envious, for sure, but mostly just happy for you all. The setlist sounds great........songs there I've never heard her sing before. Can't wait for that audio!!

And yes, Deb..........we've said this too many times before, but can only keep saying it again and again until opportunity and reality align, with a little help from those stars above:

In my own head, I've always imagined it should be the "Light of Day" tour......for all those songs that are only now seeing it for the first time

It does come in waves, though......sometimes I'm a little more envious than happy, sometimes a little more happy than envious. The video clips will help, I think.

I don't care what the tour is called.......as long as the "World Tour 2008" part is attached!!

Thanks again for sharing your night with us all!!!!

P.S. And Deb, if you are, in fact, talking to yourself over there, may it at least be a good conversation you have going

Thanks for editing and posting the vids for me Deb, i dont have the knowledge or the patience to do it myself

The vids do not get accross the atmosphere in the room, it was truly electric, i really wanted to video the audience too as they were all dancing like crazy behind me.Even Deb did a little jig once or twice
