Hot patootie / What you see LATW version
Ive been listening to the sucker, and Im 99% certain that track aint 1989. His voice doesn't sound like 1989 meat.
The drums are very John. John wasnt around till 1993. My question is where that REALLY was played. Same goes for What You See. SInce Jeff Bova was on what you see and the beacon Revved Up that leads me to believe What you see was either performed or at soundcheck at the beacon theater in 1996. His voice is similar to that show too. Now notice this audience recording from 1999. his voice and arrangement are similar:
This leads me to believe HP and WYSIWYG were recorded at a soundcheck around 1995 or 1996. much like Good Girls and FCOL |
And my thoughts are you have way too much free time on your hands Wario

I thought it was 1990 anyway. Jeff Bova could easily have put his organ into What You See Is What You Get after the main recording of the song.

I agree with Wario

Evil One is always right. Bova could have played with his organ in post production for All Revved Up as well.

As Meat's voice has changed every decade, the vocals from track to track are too similar to be recorded from 1977 onwards. |

Ugh...
It is a fun addition to our Meat Loaf collection and that's about it. It is far from being a "complete" concert. It could have easily have been alternative studio takes with fake audience overdubs. It does not matter. The sound is good, hearing the slightly different takes on the tracks is fun, we bought it, and it is now pretty much out of print and rare. That's about it folks. |

Jim had a habit of overusing Bova's organ. He must have been impressed with it. :bleh:
